Steve Flay promoted to installation supervisor at Capital Heat

Capital Heat is proud to announce that Steve Flay has been promoted to the position of installation supervisor.

Effective on July 12, 2021, Steve will leverage his years of experience to offer fresh insights and changes that help expand our installations department. Specifically, Steve will be responsible for training new and existing employees, implementing process improvements, leading and prioritizing projects (triage), and providing guidance and support to our retrofitting and replacement crews.

Steve will also be working closely with Paul Faulise and Rick B III to optimize our schedule flow. Together, the team will maximize overall efficiency and ensure the best experiences for our customers and sustain favorable outcomes for our business.
