A Locally-Owned & Operated Family Business

Leading the Way in WNY for Over 65 Years

• Setting the Standard Since 1957

From the early days with our custom ductwork that even our “competitors” would come to us for, to leading the way in modern heating systems like geothermal, to the rigorous training and unparalleled knowledge base of our techs across our many departments today, we truly set the standard in WNY for undisputed expertise in ensuring our customers’ comfort.

• Service First

We emphasize actual service, always looking for ways to address issues through maintenance or repair, not just trying to sell new equipment based on internal quotas – and when replacement is necessary, you’ll often find our options to be much more affordable than many others’.
So while our so-called competition – often posing as local businesses while being owned by giant faceless investment firms – build their business models around massive marketing campaigns and inexperienced “service techs” selling people equipment they don’t need, we stay true to ourselves, our values, and our community.

• Relationships Over Transactions

At Capital, we will only do the right job, and do it right, or we won’t do it at all. As a family and company committed to our community, that’s just how we think business should be done. And our track record speaks for itself – in terms of business, and (more importantly) in terms of the connections and community we’ve created in this amazing area over the years.
